I'd go with a nice 4-link in the rear and a good setup up front.
If you aren't looking for bags, then go with Lowered Control Arms, Coils, or a mix of the two. And in the rear, use 5" hangers and 1" blocks to get a full 6" drop in the rear.

Well I really want a nice slammed look, but it will see its fair share of the 1/4 mile as well. Isnt the air bag set up kinda on the heavy side? Thanks for the replys.

The best way to lower it on an RT would be to go with the Hotckins TVS. It's kinda pricey but will increase your handling and ride comfort.

hotckiss will drop your r/t 1/2 and in very few cases ive heard 1.5/2.5
hotckiss is the best handling (due to the only sway bars bigger then the r/t comes with stock) but as for ride comfort, its all in opinion. the increased handling comes from stiffness, is a stiff ride really gonna be that comfortable?

Andy, what size tire do you have on your R/T? are they 255/55/17? If so, the lowest you can go without having the tires rub is the DJM 2/3 drop. This drop will give you a full 2" drop in the front with control arms and a full 3" drop in the rear with hangers/1" blocks. It looks really good and sits level.

w/out 20's at your stock profile it'll look like a$$ but here's how to do it. Cut one coil off the coils in the front and get longer shackles and 1" blocks. Ride won't suffer that much and it'll give you a 2/3. I've got a 99 rc R/T:) John @ southEast R/T is where I got mine from.
