Will these lower my 4.7 cc 2wd 1"? I've heard stories about R/T coils actually raising non-R/T trucks sometimes...

I went to the Dodge dealer the other day to inquire about this. They said they don't even know what R/T coils are, if they would work, or how to even order them. They said everything is listed by a part number according to the code on your VIN and that I would have to find an R/T and copy the VIN. Then they could get me the springs that go on that truck, but could not say if they would actually work on my truck (a 4.7L QC). I was looking at the SpringTech 1" coils.

the coils on the rt are designed FOR the r/t. they are specifically made for the weight of the 360 which weighs a lot more than the 6 and 4 bangers. so it makes sense that it would raise a truck with a lighter front end.
