 Subject: complete drop question

I just decided to drop my truck instead of gettin a body kit and i know a little bit about what to buy but not positive. my question is what exactly do i need to pick up(springs, blocks, hangers, that kind of crap) and what brands r the best choice. I'll probably go with a 3 inch drop or so. I was also wondeirng about the adjustables where u can vary the drop between 3 or 5 inches. thanks. any comments willhelp.
