Subject: What shocks does everyone have?

The debate on shocks continues! I got a 2000 V6 Dakota with a 2/4 drop. I currently have the Doetsch Tech shocks on all corners right now. The ride is way to stiff. I have the Western Chassis drop springs on the front right now (big mistake) but I will be switching to the Hotchkis coils soon. I really dont want to shell out 84 bucks a shock for the custom Bilstiens from Hotchkis. I would like to know what shocks are gonna give me the best ride(yeah I know its hard to do on any lowered truck). Ive hear that the Bell Tech Nitro Actives are good and I have seen someone with a 2/3 lowered Dak use the Edelbrock IAS shocks. I checked on the Edlebrock site and they dont mak an application for lowered Daks. Just want everyones opinoins and testimonies. Thanks for any help.

They are expensive but will make your truck handle and ride much better... you will only have to buy them once so what's another $150.00 for all 4 shocks to get a quality product... but hey it's your truck.
