Same as kevster. I just installed the mopar molded flaps last week. Very easy install.
We had a big snowstorm on Friday and I've been driving all over and even the slush doesn't get by them.

I ordered mine from Truckspecialties.com. Little cheaper than DC, but you get what you pay for. Happy with what I have, although, they could be longer (closer to the ground).

I had a set of four molded Husky flaps installed a couple months ago.

Before... any time I drove through snow or mud Id get out of the truck and there'd be a thick layer of the caked gunk drying on the lower flanks of my truck. Some of it would work its way into the little crevices along the body, including near the fender flares, and it would be a pain to clean off.

Now that I have the huskies on, I took a look the other day after driving all day in snow, salt, and mud. And there' was a think layer of all this crap built up on the back of the flaps but almost none of it actually touched the truck. Plus driving on the highway I could swear I sometimes hear the Goodyears kick up pebbles and other debris that deflects off the mudflaps and bounces harmlessly around the wheel well before falling back onto the road again. Whereas before I would just hear one sharp CRACK as stuff stuff flew straight back and smacked the side of the truck.

I had the molded flaps and took them off. Yes they look good, but they are not flexible. While Off-roading over some rocks and stumps, one flap caught the stump and nearly ripped the fender flare off. (The flaps screw into the flares.)

I would like to hear from anyone who has some cool rubber flaps.

i have the factory 4x4 fender flares but dodge didn't offer molded splash guards for them at the time. they did offer large rubber splash guards which were designed for this application. i've had them on 7+ years. still look & perform like new. together with the fender flares they do a great job keeping the paint protected. the lower body work & paint still look new.

easy to install, hardware from dodge included. need to remove wheels and install screws into pre-drilled holes in the fender wells. no sweat.

PEP Boys, large rubber mud flaps... $16.00 pair, generic. I shorten them with a box cutter and then lop off the outer, upper corner to make them look good. Work great on my 2001 4x2 with the Tire & Handling package... Back then Dodge didn't offer the factory fender flares as part of the T&H package. Got mud & road grime slung all down the sides the first winter.

I have the plastic moulded mud flaps and when I drive though alot of snow at work i lost two of them because the snow ripped them right off the screws. I need to get some rubber ones that look good.
