Interestingly I had an opportunity to race one of these nissans last night while leaving work.
The little nissan jumped the line from the light (we were both making a left) and the lanes immediately merged to one lane (inside lane) due to construction. I was in the outside of the turn and he was on the inside. Needless to say, he was in front as we completed the turn.
He then floors it and so do I. He can't pull away. On the right turn (to the unpopulated highway) I grabbed the inside lane and we went full bore. I pulled away from him enough to get ahead and pull in front of him. He backed off at about 100 mph.
As we both slowed to mix with upcoming cars, he ducked behind a slow moving car in the fast lane and would adjust his speed so that he could not pull up to me. Reminded me of a whipped pup with its tail between its legs.
Best thing of all... I have a V8 4x4.. yes it has some mods.
Pretty funny to see two 40ish guys pull a stunt like that.

what mods?? and which V8? sure it was an SE-R and not an SE or a GXE or somethin.
i won all of like 2 races with my truck...lol a beetle ahahah
i lost to a 4cyl ranger and a 92 accord ex auto(beat to 70 but then he took over)
i dunno ill have to race a dakota, but none of them ever want to race me. oddly enough i never did actually race a dak with my dak. V8s always just let me go ahead. now that i have a semi fast car, i see how pathetic that looks cause this guy in an accord was driving really fast and i just passed him to show him that i could and then let him speed off into all the stopped traffic ahead of us...lol and i did the same to a mid 90s maxima. people do seem to want to race more now. can wait till my semi break in period is over. just about 480 miles to go...i breaking it in horribly though...im just trying not to floor it but.... i have been kind of rough on it...i cant help it, its fun to drive!!!

I would like to defend what was said about ram 1500 with hemi going 8.3 seconds from 0-60 because I have the 2003.5 ram qc with hemi and I have two gtech pro's both old and new and I get 6.44 to 6.50 sec from 0-60 and a quarter mile is 14.95 at 94 miles an hour in the quarter .

Llblackdakk, I ordered my qc ram 1500 with hemi on nov 24 02 and got it on january 2 03 , I have been checking for stats on this truck everysince I've had mine , if you see anything on this truck on the internet please let me know because I want to see if they are going to tell the truth about how fast this truck really is for maybe they will ad on seconds to throw off the insurance companies.
