Does anybody know the colors for the tach in the back of the dash cluster? I am putting in an aftermarket tach with shiftlite. Or if anybody can help me with install, that would be great.

In Gen IIIs, the PCM sends the tach signal to the cluster through the CCD bus - a twisted pair carrying digital date for a number of different functions (Re: FSM 8W-40-5).
Assuming you don't have a 4.7, you're gonna have to pick it off the coil, I guess.

It is a 1992 with 3.9L. Everything except the speedo is electrical. I just need to trace into the tach wires to get the aftermarket tach working.
