I just had my lower ball joints done and the mech. a friend of mine told me he had to take off teh torsion bars. So when I had it aligned, they also did a heigth adjustment, buit the front end seems alot lower than it used to be. Could they have messed something up. If this helps, there is only about 1 inch of travel on the shock. 1998 4x4

at stock heighth , you want approx the Thickness of your index finger to glide between the lwr bump stop and the frame. or a little more not much.
