 Subject: Help With Speedtweaks

It has been eight months now since I ordered parts from Speedtweaks.com and have yet to recieve some of the parts. I ordered a performance kit with the TB, IAT adjuster, and intense performance air intake. I got the TB right away, probly 3-4 weeks after the order, however the TB and IAT are still out there somewhere. I have called too many times and sent too many emails to these guys, trying to get info. Does anyone have any information about what is going on with these guys, and why they have neglected orders. Also any help on how I can go about getting a refund would be great too. They owe me about $300.

Actually, it's about time to ask for an update from Speedtweaks.
They were(are?) having a bunch of problems and are trying to get them fixed.
It's been weeks since I last heard any news, so I hope Bernd or Tom can let us all know were they stand as of now. I think refunds and/or fulfilled orders would make for a nice gift this Holiday.
