My 2001 Q C developed an exhaust leak Dec 1 . I went to midias , They said crack in precat , dealer item . Went to dealer , They said warrented 8 years/ 80,000 miles . Got new Y pipe and three cats ( one picec item ) service manager said $ 758.00 just for Y pipe if bought retail.

how did ya know it was leaking
mine has that orrible sulpher ,rotten eggs
smell somtimes its more notice able since ive
had my dyno max on . it is out the side in front
of the wheel it just seems like it shouldnt smell like that i was wondering if i should get
it checked out

My exhaust did'nt have an odor , but an exhaust leak on passenger side only . sounded like abad union from manifold to precat. I know that odor ! 89 Nissian P U 4x4 V6 175,ooo miles same odor to this day.
