How does it compare to the Fram SD plugs?? I have the Fram one on mine and it seems to drain a little slow, but still does the job with less mess.

I settled for the Fram Sure Drain ($13) and have only used it one time. I was so anxious to use it that I pulled the original drain plug then quickly replaced it with the Sure Drain while the oil was running out. So.. it was pretty messy. Hopefully next time will be much easier and neater. I too was disappointed at how slow the oil drains with the Sure Drain.

The best price I could find on the Fumoto was $35.00. Since I need to get two of them, I didn't justify the price difference.

I have a 2001 4.7 liter Quad Cab 4x4. I bought part number F106N. it is the F-106 Valve with the Nipple for ataching the drain tubing. You do not need the adapter that they say you need. The oil flows out just as if you removed the oil drain plug. Not slow at all.
