I have a few questions about raised suspensions...

What type of impact do they have on fuel efficiency (mpg) and also on general tire wear?

I am thinking about getting one on my 2001 CC but need to get more information about it first.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to where I should look for a resource?

Any links that can get me started?

Any "how-to" sites?

Thanks guys,
tkurk

They don't make a suspension lift for the 2001 yet because it has rack & pinnion steering just a body lift kit in 2" or 3". Performance accesories has them for under 200.00 the part number is PER60043. I just put one on my 2001 std cab, took all of 5 hours by myself. Won't affect gas miledge and the ride also won't change but you will be able to fit a 33" tire on or a 30570R16
