03 i wouldnt do this yourself unless you have access to the right tools,chemicals,etc... , a friend of mine owns a body/custom shop and they use a special solution on the plastic and then paint them to insure the paint sticks.

$150 is a good price :)

i have a great write-up on my site...check it out...and i think i got the best deal! I paid $80.00 including tax! i sanded my handles and mirrors myself, well with the help of a friend...thanks James!

the pics don't even come close to giving justice for the awesome paint job! they never had to buff or wetsand the paint.

this is the same place i am having my truck repainted once dodge finaly fesses up to the fact that there paint sucks and is peeling off!

feel free to ask questions (since i don't read this site much best bet is to email me personaly...however i will watch this post)

do it yourself.. its no biggie.. you dont need special chemicals or anything thats the only reason you pay so much.. remove the inside door panel and undo the two bolts holding in the handle.. and unclip a couple hooks.. depending on pwr options.. and off pops the handle.. take some fine sand paper sand it down.. get a scuffy feel on it.. wash it in soapy water.. let dry and then put primer on then paint it the colour of your truck.. its not that hard and i dont see why people waste their money taking them to be done.. if you have any more questions ask and i can post pics if you want too of mine..

NO WAY! you will never get a smooth finish like a shop unless you have the right tools. just take it to a local shop and get it done correctely and be done with it.

by the time you buy the spray paint (10-30), 1500-2000 grit sandpaper (5), and rubbing compond (10-20) to finish the paint off + all the time (???-5-10hrs-???) into it you could have paid around 70-100 to have it painted! and there will be no runs, no orange peel, and you will get tons of complements like i do...
