im new to pretty much everything. and im kinda wondering what a dumped muffler is and how u do it. i keep seeing it on forums but i dont know what it is

A dumped muffler is a muffler that doesn't have a tailpipe. It is usually "dumped" right on the ground by use of a turndown. Instead of having pipes run out the side or back, you just dump the gases right out of the muffler on the ground. Hope this helps.
