 Subject: STEERING WHEEL PLAY

I have a noticed about a 1/4 worth of play in the steering wheel.This is mostly noticable while at a dead stop. steering wheel positioned dead center seems to be 1/4 play or dead zone from side to side. maybe i'm just too bored in traffic to notice this but anyways just want to know if this is normal or not for this truck. If this not normal what is the fix are the adjustments that can be made or is something worn.

That's not normal. Sounds like you need an alignment!
