A friend of mine in NJ had one installed in his club cab Dakota. It looks sharp and he hasn't had any problems with it. Here's a pic of it from the inside: http://www.intense99dak.com/images/bob/bob15.jpg
Any good auto glass would be able to install one for you.

I have had one in my 99 regular cab for over a year, no problems to speak of. The manufacturer is Webasto, and it was $500 installed. It's power by the way, not the pop up kind.
