I have a 93 4x4 Dakota w/318or 5.2 and I am wondering if this is a magnum motor? What is a magnum motor and what are the differences between a magnum motor and a non-magnum motor?

Yes it is. 92 was the first year for Magnums. Magnums are MPFI while pre-Mags are carbureted and/or TBI.
