 Subject: 70,000 miles maintainence "?"

What kinds of things should i do or get checked out at 70,000 miles?? O2 sensor, tranny, differential. I also plan on doin a custom K&N intake real soon, so ne help is really really aprecciated. NE tips on any of this??
