A Four Wheeler magazine I have (jun98)says that 31x10.5 will fit on a stock 93'+ 4x4. 32x11.5 are said to need minor fender trimming to fit.
I have been trying to find the same info for my 2wd 93's front tires without any luck.
I hope you have better luck with tire situation.

I have 31x10.5x15 on my otherwise bone stock Dakota, no rubbing/no buffing!
