I've been putting some serious thought into creating a site specifically for Dakota Owner's in the GTA. You know the average stuff moderated forum's, tech talk, a gallery, member cruises and track days. I don't mind putting in the time if there's any interest. So let me hear it, EH!

I am from St.Catharines about 1.5 hrs away from TO I know of at least two other people in the area that surf these boards. I'd be interested in some listing of accessory shops(good ones) in the area

Man I never dreamed i'd get so much positive feedback in such a short time. Damn, someone call my social life and tell them i'll be busy for a while i'll start designing some base pages and e-mail out designs. i'm looking for constructive feedback! this is gonna be our site and it'll have to represent us properly.

2 weeks ago we had a small meet in Woodbridge it was only 4 of us. But it was suppose to be 8. Keep us posted if you guys want to meet??

That's funny because there is a Tim's right in front of us, just not in the pic!
Judging by everyone's location so far, we're going to have to meet around the 401/427 area. The most convenient location with a Tim's that I can think of is by the Pearson Airport on Airport Road, by the International Center.
What do you all think?

Guys .. what do you think about the 401/427 area or the 400/7 area ..

I just posted on the Canadian Board on dodgetrucks.org about a meet at Shannonville for anyone who is interested. Derrick - Bill was telling me about a tentative (drag racing) date set at Shannonville for October 5, for anyone slower than 13 seconds (I believe we all qualify ???). He is going to let me know if it is a go. It should be a lot of fun, that is one great track. I want to check out their rally racing, I think that would be a blast to get into someday once I get lowered and better suspension and handling. Also - for those of you who haven't been to dodgetrucks.org, there are a few of us who meet at St.Thomas, or Toronto MotorSports (Cayuga). Nice guys, it's fun.

Yes, that pic was taken at Hwy 400/7. Tim's is two or three lights south of Hwy 7.
Would all of you mind if I posted this on the other Dakota/Ram sites? Personally, I would really like to see a big turn out.
First we all have to agree on a central location and what date. I think we should schedule a meet at least two weeks ahead.
Any feed back?

Hey foleyr,
That parking lot on the weekends is ramed solid with ricers, we would need at least 150 Dakotas & Rams to come to this meet to push out the ricers. LOL!!!!
I would like to have one more meet, but big before winter hits. Plus I would like to have the Toronto Star to cover the meet in their wheels section. So next year the meets can become even bigger.
