Subject: Side V8 badge, swap
IP: Logged

Message:
I was wondering if any one knew how to remove these bages, and if i could swap my V8 bages for the I4 one that said Magnam or something like that. Not to be a rice but people look at the V8 and are like right. SO I just want to put the Magnam on it and then they can just hear and look at it and figure it out.

Thanks, and is that a bad idea.?

Removing the badge is easy you can even do it with a butter knife.. Right lesley..lol
i used a hair barrett.. anything that can get under the emblem and start to pull it out will work.. no problem what so ever..
and good luck with it

You could remove your v8 emblems but you'll have the two holes showing from where the pegs went through the fender at. But it really wont matter if your just replacing with a different emblem. Ive actually added emblems to mine. I got the magnum power ones and shaved off the pegs on the back and just used the sticky tape to stick it to the fender. So now people think I have a 4 banger (evil grin). But the exhaust kinda gives the v8 away. good luck!
