 Subject: problem posting picture

I having a problem posting my profile picture. It is a jpg 398x194 pixels, 18k. I am receiving a message: "error opening file for writing". Any ideas?

hmmm...it says 100k in the instructions. i tried making it 8k, and i still get the same error.
