Hope someone can help. I have a 97 SLuT CC 5.2 4x2. It is shakin big time on the highway & side streets. I have replaced Ujoints, upper & lower Ball Joints, Upper control arm bushings, balanced wheels. It was my favorite truck until about a week ago. If I cant figure it out in another month I am gonna trade it in for something that I don't have to go to the dealer for all the parts. (CHEVY) Please save me from going to the dark side. Thanks.

Could it be the tires (out if round, slipped belts, bubble)?
A quick check would be to rotate them.
Just a thought.

Take a large pair of slip joint pliers and sqeeze the top and bottom of the tie rod ends. if they actually move up and down replace them, they're worn out.
I think that you have bad tie rod ends. You have replaced all the things that should be ok still, and left the real culprit for last.

Also, check the U-joints. They can cause bad vibration as the drive shaft starts to 'slop' around.

I would say out of round tires or u-joints maybe, but he didn't say vibrating he said shaking and he has already changed the u-joints and had the tires balanced and any good tire man worth his salt would have noticed if the tires were out of round. (I would hope anyway)
I would almost bet a weeks check if it is shaking, at speeds between about 50 and 65 and on rougher side streets that the Idler arm and/or tie rod ends have had it. I would also check bearing tightness on the front rotors, just in case.

OK. i checked all the front end parts and it all feels tight. The vibrating seems to smooth out around 70-80. I had the tires rotated and balanced. I swapped out the U joints 2 days ago. I even checked the wheel/hubs and they feel tight too. I am swapping out the trans mount on friday. I think it is torn up. It moves when i grab it and shake it. I hope this is it. I will keep you posted. Thanks for all your comments.

If the trans mount doesn't fix it, as others have suggested check to see if your tires are round. An out of round tire can usually be balanced, but balance weights will not change the shape of the tire.
I spent over a year trying to track down a vibration, and it turned out my tires were not round. Pull each wheel and put them on a vertical balancer one at a time. As the tire spins, look for any high or low spots. If you see any, your tire is not round.
The October issue of Four Wheeler magazine has an article on out of round tires and how to get the problem fixed (shaving the tire). The article also talks about indexing the tire and wheel and how to check if your tire is slipping on the wheel.

Update.....Swapped out the Trans mount and still vibrating..from 30-70 mph...going to get wheels balanced and alignment on friday...this blows..Also swapped out the rear ujoint.

Jason,
Put your truck up on a lift with someone in it. Have them start the truck and put it in drive and let it idle. Then check the driveline to see if it's out of round.
I found my front half of my driveline to be out of round. So I took it out and had it re tubed.
The result?
No more vibration.
