Here is some pics of my 360AirIntakez. Anyone have problems with it rubbing the AC lines? I have to check it quite often and keep adjusting it so it wont rub. Also I really didn't notice any power gains or fuel gains but then again It's never been dyno'd Any ideas sincityRT?

Hey howdy...i have the same intake...the only thing i did was make a small bracket that holds the intake tube form hitting the A/C line…ill take a pic of it later if u want to see what it looks like.

I have a 5.9L so I have a different intake... You could go with a bracket like Rocco made, or maybe buy some black door insulation foam from Home Depot and wrap it around the A/C lines where the intake is bumping so it doesn't do any damage to the powdercoating. Joe @ 360 may have some other suggestions.

Hey Rodney,
Joe here with 360, the cause of the intake tube chaffing the A/C line is do to the longer silicone coupling that connects the intake to the throttle body. We used to use the 3" length which you should have. It made it set to far forwarded from the TB. We noticed it being a problem and have recently fixed it w/2.5" couplings. So the fix would be to cut at least a 1/2" off the silicone coupling.
