I'm considering replacing my stock tires and rims with a set of the R/T RIMS AND TIRES. I have seen an exact replica or maybe the same manufacture that makes them for Dodge. there called SPORT EDITION there avail on Tire Rack .com for $185 per wheel. looks like only difference is center cap doesnot have ram loggo. so I wonder if this is the manufacture that makes them for Dodge and Dodge simply added a ram center cap. anyone have these wheels or no how much the factory R/T RIMS GO FOR AND HOW MUCH THE CENTER CAPS ARE IF I WHERE TO GET THE SPORT EDITIONS AND SIMPLY REPLACE THE CENTER CAP?

My dealer and the one 40 miles away both offered me the Dodge R/T rims with centercaps for $125 each, and there is no shipping to deal with when buying from the dealer. You have to ask for the 17" mopar accessory Dakota rims, not R/T replacement rims, they are identical but have different part numbers (and prices) so the insurance companies get screwed on replacements. The rims are actually listed on the Mopar website at $160 each retail, but most dealers will cut you some slack on the retail price. The Chrome ones run about $100 more each I think but I have never priced them. ($100 each is also what a chrome plating shop will charge to chrome your silver rims, so the ones from the factory should carry a similar price.)
