I just found out that my truck was probably damaged at the factory and repaired before it was shipped to me. This sucks! Is there a way to find out what happened to it. This has already caused the paint on the hood to crack like bondo! There is also masking tape on the bottom of the truck! Any ideas would be appreciated.

Is the dealership denying you service to fix your problems? If so, you may try calling up Dodge direct if you can find a customer service number. If that fails, may be time to call in the legal guys.

To answer your question, no, I don't know of a way to find that kind of info. out.

The delearship is repairing the faulty paint, but I wanted to find out what else might have happened. They told me 2 to 3 days, but it is now a week and no loaner car. Very tough. Thanks for the info guys.
