Did any of you Canadian folks go to Moparfest on the weekend? It was great! So many varieties of mopar, but this one was my favourite:
97 3.9 CC Sport. Black. Auto 3.55, Quick D Intake, JBA Stainless headers, Autolite 3923s, stainless Borla Turbo XL & tip, V8 TB, FMS 19 lb fuel injectors, 17x10 Boyd Smoothies, JBA 9mm cables, Lakewood chrome traction bars. Have, but not installed: 3.92s, Infinity Sound System

I bet you would like the Wood ward dream cruise!!!!! A lot of old muscle cars there. You could organize a cruise where you live!

I thought that I saw you there - leaving the show and shine. I recognized the truck LOL. I thought that you had great restraint while everyone was doing burnouts ;) Just after you left, some clown got out of shape and did a full 360 on the 4 lane. And -Surprise!- the cops were there 1 minute later. It felt REAL good to see a Dakota R/T win the burnout over those old muscle cars.

LOL! Were you there? I wasn't in the show, I was just leaving at the same time (followed a GORGEOUS black cuda) and would've felt silly doing a burnout :) Maaaan, those cars were beautiful! Too much to see, and too little time. I was at Cayuga, the lanes closed at 4:00, so I boogied to Guelph so I wouldn't miss the Show N' Shine. Next year I'm going to get a room so I can take my time.

Yes, I was indeed there. I entered my truck in the show. I was the only white Dak entered :) The entry fee is only $30 and that gives you 2 days in the show -best parking available, and allows two people in at the same time. I didn't win anything but it was fun lining up with all the other Daks and talking shop. I've got a few pictures waiting on development. I'll scan them when I get them back. Next year I'm going to go to the Carlisle PA truck nationals in June. They are only a 7 hour drive from Ottawa and, incidentally, Peterborough and the show is huge!

there is a moparfest in houston texas in october i have a white qc with a 7 inch flip over head con dvd/cd/mp3 player go to put remote start on soon
