Hi,I have a 02 silver QC and it had a run in the paint on the door.I have had the paint shop redo it 4 times now.It just seems not to match perfectly,paint from factory is alot more coarse looking.Has anyone else had this problem with the silver paint.Thanks Brian

I've been having problems with mine.
but its not Silver its Alantic Blue. All started when i had a crack near the antenna. had the shop redo it 4 times and it still doesn't look right. I'm waiting on DC to come and take a look at it. So they can fix it AGAIN.

i had a problem with my 01 quad bright silver.looks like it had a shadow in the paint.they ended up painting my whole truck.the body man told me that the factory has been skipping a coat of paint in order to save money.it seems to be seen in the lighter colors

the paint will never be an exact match unless
they shoot the whole vehicle. Unless its really
bad I wouldn't waste your time, its not like
these things are vipers. But if you want it done,

Hey when they did yall trucks did they remove all the rubber around windows and door handles.My shop didn't and there is crusty s around the window molding and door handle and tape line marks.Dakotaman mine isn't as bad as yours I complain alot on that one.Yeh I'm gonna take it back and have them fix the the tape marks,probaly gonna be hard to get them to do anything on window molding the mess up.I'm just picky about my truck should be for $29,000.Probaly just take it muddin this weekend to hide paint problems.Laters Brian
