First question I have is - Where can I find plans for a heat shield for a 2002 V8 4.7 automatic? I just put in a custom intake and need to shield it from the engine, Would sheet metal be good enough to use?

Second question is - Can I paint my mirrors and door handles to match the colour of the truck? I know I could do it but will the paint stay on or will it crack off in a couple of years. Could I buy them aftermarket?

dont know about the heat shield but i painted my mirrors and windshield wiper arms to match the truck, looks awesome and hasnt peeled or cracked yet so i think it should be good to go
