What diffrance will it make. Im guessing that my top end will drop and that my MPG will suck ( I get 21MPG now) But is there any gain speed wise if so How much should I be looking for???

I wouldn't be surprized if your milage went up. 3.21s puts the engine at such a low RPM now that it is to far under the torque curve.

your truck will pull alot harder throughout low med and top ranges your top end will suffer only if you are used to going 130mph. you will suffer a loss in gas milege. this will probably the most seat of the pants increase you can do.
