 Subject: Tonneau Cover

I have a 2001 Quad Cab. I am looking for a tonneau cover that meets the following specs. Any ideas or websites would be welcome.
1- Smooth fiberglass.
2- as thin as possible.
3- as flush mounted as possible. No over hang like the A.R.E. models, sides or rear.
4- good weather seal is not as important as looks.
5- tailgate does not have to lock by the cover.
6- single locking unit if possible.
7- no holes drilled. Clamp on unit.
Any ideas? Thanks.
