 Subject: 95 dakota whistles

My 95 dak with 5.2 magnum, 4speed auto, 231 transfer case has a whisling noise that comes from the tranny tunnel on the truck at 1mph to 35mph. Anyone else have this or know what it is? Its driving me wacky...
