 Subject: stripped screws

I have a '02 Dakota QC. While replacing speakers in the front doors with components, I noticed that 3 of the 4 doors came with the screws that hold the bottom of the door panels on stripped to the point of being loose and useless. Anybody else notice this, and know of a quick easy fix that doesn't entail the dealer removing the panels to do it?

Step up on the diameter of screw, for instance those screws i believe are a 6 or 8 diameter so get a 8 or 10. local hardware store, they can help ya. next diameter of screw will solve problem, trust me i done this lots in the years.
