I've been calling and emailing too for the past 2 weeks. I made an order around the 4th of July and still haven't received it. Don't know what's going on, but I wish someone would respond.

What's going on is that the owner of the Twin Turbo R/T project got a little "antsy" (pissed off?) when he had to go without his Dakota for about 8 months because of various delays, etc....

His only other car to get around in was his Viper, so he's put 8 months worth of miles, oil, gas, etc. on his Viper, not to mention a new set of TIRES (!!!) on his Viper, and so his patience was running a little THIN.

Bernd closed the shop for a week (last week)to finish the engine work while the owner of the R/T was breathing down his neck, and now he's probably in the midst of trying to tune the damn thing. A twin turbo motor that runs on a speed density calibrated control-system is a nightmare to tune (correctly). He'd have it in the hat if it was a mass-air calibrated system, but right now, he's probably trying to get it to make over 250 horsepower without the computer just taking a poop all over itself.

I'd give it a few more days before Bernd will be able to come up for air.

Although this lil' post may get a quicker response (at least from Tom North)....

heeheehee.....

We are here and answering the phone. (Also going through all the old voicemails as well...and emails.)

We went on vacation for several reasons (some personal/family and others to do some "shop cleanup").

Maxx King (R/T-2 owner) was only waiting 4 months and the Speed Density system isn't hard to tune at all. How's the twin-turbocharged truck running???....hehehehe...took out a Lightning on one of its maiden voyages (that takes more than 250HP to do that).

We'll be in Dallas next weekend for the track and Dyno testing phase (need to let the truck "break in" with all the new parts first).

Results will definitely be posted on the website.

Goto Speedtek off N. Buckner I'm wanting to put my R/T on w/ the new 2.02's on and that'd be cool if the new turbo truck was there too. :)

Bernd....

I'm getting dicked around by the folks at Kenne Bell on getting a charger for my 4.7 5-spd. They say they don't have kits for the 5-spd, because they haven't done any R&D on them. Yet 3 or more people have them on their 5-spds now.

If I can't get any straight answers out of them in the next couple of days, I'm looking to get the PAXTON...

You guys have the cheapest price on them I've seen, however I'm scared with all the posts about untimely deliveries. If I was to place the order today, can you guys guarantee a ship date?

$3,700.00 is a lot of greenbacks to have floating around. I would get the ground shipping to keep the delivery charge FREE, but would like to have it in-hand in about a weeks time.

Thanks

We're still playing catch-up on orders that wwere either backordered or received while we were on vacation. On the Paxton S/C...those are ordered direct as soon as funds are cleared. Paxton is really good about getting the S/C's shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order from us. I'll check on the 1-week timeframe for you.
