Hey everyone, I just picked up a 87 dakota long bed 4X4. I need a new gas tank and I have heard of poly tanks. looking for sites to view and price out some tanks, hoping to spend only 100 bucks if that's possible, saw some oem metal for 120, thanks in advance for any insight

Hey patrick,
When I had a full size Ram and needed a new gas tank I just checked around at local junk yards and was able to find a new gas tank in mint condition for a fraction of the cost of a new one. It had the fuel pump inside and everything. You might want to try your local junk yards before spending the extra $$$ on a new one.
