Dodge is in the top ten for complaints becuase of customer ordered vehicles being delivered with either incorrectly or incompletely built parts. Happened to me too I got a solid rear window when I ordered a slider :-( bastards

Better luck next time. I guess I got lucky mine was delivered 100% as I ordered it. That maybe because that I ordered mine thru AAFES with delivery here in Germany. AAFES has a policy that you can refuse delivery if it's not to your specs.
If it's a club cab ya didn't need it any way. Had one in my last club cab and it was just something for my kids to play with. DOH. And when you are by your self ya can't reach it to let out the GANGA smoke anyway.:{)

You've got to work on your flexibility Yates, I can open mine from the driver's seat in my extended cab. Although it's not something you want to do often - it leaves you with a bit of a cramp in your shoulder for a bit LOL
