I made mine for my 4.7, out of fernco pipes, fernco fittings, and PVC, and K&N filter.
Just look at your intake, go to Home depot, Lowes, or the similiar store, and but what will fit and work well. Measure openings and clearances before you go. Take your tape with you to the store, and homebrew it.
Kinda funny, I was at the store I buy homebrew beer making supplies from yesterday. ONe of the workers has a 5.2 durango.
I said I wanted to show him my 'homebrew intake' on my dakota, you shoulda seen the look on his face!
