hey everyone.
Well let me start off by telling you what happened in the past few days. I brought my truck up to the White Mountians in NH with about 1,500lbs of camping equipment in the bed. I noticed ALOT while to keep the same speed the truck would take a longg time to respond and go to the next gear. On the way back it was ok....still had alittle trouble getting over the hills.
Well I get home get all the stuff out and now its doing it again. the engine runs around 2500rpm's all the time and then when I need to get up a hill it takes sooooo long for it to get up. and it NEVER kick's into over-drive if I jam on the gas.. I can have the pedal to the floor and it still won't go.
I have a 2002 CC V6 with the 3.92 gears and just about 6,000 miles on it.
What could be wrong so I can have Dodge fix it?

you would want it to drop out of overdrive, not kick into it. (4 -> 3 shift)
sorry i'm not familiar with dodge's kickdown setup.
