Okay so I brought my '02 CC 4.7L 4x4 into the dealership on Wednesday to get the tires rotated and I happen to mention to the service putz that the truck seems like it pulls a little bit to the right, nothing major but if they could take a look yadda yadda yadda. My main goal was getting the tires rotated. So I get my truck back on Wednesday night and the tires are not rotated and the steering wheel is cocked off to the right while driving straight down the road. I'm losing my mind and phone back and freak out on on the guy. No problem, bring it back in on Thursday morning and we'll fix it up. Fair enough, everyone makes mistakes. I take it back in telling them that the tires have still not been rotated and what gives? No problem they say, we'll take care of everything. I pick the truck up Thursday night, still the tires are not rotated and the steering wheel has been adjusted ever so slightly and is stick cocked to the right. Now I'm fit to be tied and I call back in again on Friday complaining again. This time I take the guy that does front end alignments for a ride and show him, you'd think that would take care of it, again, I pick the truck up Friday night and the steering wheel is still to the right a little bit when driving straight. Oh, did I mention that the tires have still not been rotated. I'm about fed up here. I'm convinced the guy at the dealership is inept at doing alignments and the service advisor is a dolt. What's worse is this is all warranty work and I even bought the extra tire warranty that gives me free alignments and tire rotations. What a rip off. I'm seriously considering taking it to an independent to get it aligned correctly but then of course I have to pay. I wish there was some complaint number to call. This is ridiculous. The truck is worse off than when I brought it in and it spent the better half of the week at the dealership while I drove around in some champagne colored Intrepid, blech!

That number will get you to a live person after you spend 10 mins talking to the computer. I'm fighting with my dealer on some stuff too. I'm convinced that dealerships are only good for buying from and that they have no clue how to do any kind of service (to the car or taking care of the customer). The only time I'll ever take my truck back to the dealer is if something major goes out that the warranty covers.

just one question.. is this a 5 star dealer dosen't sound like one??? and I would call and complain I put in a complaint about my non 5 star dealer w/ daimler chrysler and I got a Ticket number and got a follow up from DC and a written apology from the owner of the dealership I bought my vehicle from..its like some of theses dealers just don't care i'll never buy a Dodge from them again ill take my buisness to another Dodge (5 star) dealer in the future..I think w/ new cars not sure about canada that you can take it to any dodge service dept..

Hey,

Yes, this is a 5 Star dealership. Infact, it's one of Chrysler's Truck Center's. You know, the dealership with the most trucks available within 300 miles. Which brings me to my next rant, the next closest Dodge dealer is over an hour away and it's not worth the gas to drive up there and back to get a front end alignment when any Midas, Speedy, Canadian Tire can do it. I tried calling that number today and after the first 5 minutes of automated options, I hung up. I will be calling back though from home when I have more time. I'll be taking my Dakota someplace else to get it done right but Chrysler will be getting the bill, you can be sure of that.

Our Local 5-star dealer(Indiana) is terrible at service also. They in effect trashed my tranny and refused to fix it. Part of being a teenager also.
