Okay, i have a question for ya. Lets say i unclipped the leaf springs, how much would that lower the rear end, im looking at another 3 inches i need it lowered. Please respond quickly as i am about to do it right now.

i had three inch blocks and thought to myself "Lets say i unclipped the leaf springs..."
well... i did and took out a couple leafs and man did it lower my truck!
but the ride was the worst thing in the world! "bounce bounce bounce bounce".... and that was on a smooth road.

trust me.... the ride sucks!
ever seen a car with out shocks or shocks so worn that it didnt appear to have any..... thats what it would be like. I would just go and get a hanger kit.... not too hard to install and very cost effective.

You should call National spring. Have them make you a multi leaf pack that has less arch and softer spring rate.They can make springs for anything. I use them for custom offroad applications. The more leafs you make the spring pack up from the more supple it will be when compared to spring pack of equal load and rate with fewer leafs. Have you alread put the springs under the axle instead of on top of the axle? Have you considered adding an independent rear sus. to your truck? Their are several prefabed independent rear end that can be grafted to your chasis. Corvett,Jaguar, Stealth.....

From what it looks like you have a nice truck dont go around Riggin stuff to make it look better I think thats Crappy. Thats like heating your springs. You are just tearing up the truck. Plus you wont be able to corner. Please dont do that to your Truck im comming to Texas next weekend if I see your truck bouncing around I will roll down My window hang out point and laugh,If you chase me I will just out corner you and you will go bouncing in to a ditch.LOL Im just kidding But I am coming in to dallas next weekend and the weekend of the 29th. Please dont do that 2 your truck/
