Where are you guys, I ordered an ASP crank pully and IAT Adjuster 5/8/2002, that's over a month ago. I've emailed you all many many times, but I get no response. I got the other stuff I ordered, but of course there was a 2 day wait on the pully and a two week wait on the IAT, ok, in two weeks I can get it, but not over a MONTH. Can you PLEASE get back to me, this seems like my only other way of contacting you all. If you all havn't ordered it yet, I'll just take a refund, I have arc welding equipment to buy.

I believe Bernd put out a notice a few weeks ago, explaining that the IAT adjuster would be on back order for a while.

Mike,
As posted on the website (and this site) the IAT Adjusters are on indefinite backorder at this time...with three options: Credit, Refund, Wait.
On the pulley, I will definitely check into this as you should have received quite some time ago.

Not to be rude or anything Quickracing, but they do run a business, and if they dont answer emails, that is not a good thing to do, no matter how busy they are, they should answer their emails, because its a part of their job....not taking shots at you Bernd, just making sure quickracing understands, cause it seems as if he feels its fine that you guys dont answer emails, peace!

We try to answer all e-mails, but with the volume of e-mail we get, there are some e-mails that never make it to us. We try to answer them as quickly as a two-man operation can.

Don't get mad Troy..
You need to understand that two people can only do so much.. Tom and Bernd have people day in day out asking them questions via: Phone and e-mail. Not to mention the shop work and home lives that they have.
There is a difference between running a business and having a life. I've e-mailed them from time to time without reply, I understand that they are busy and I'll try back.
So in reply to your post, I do understand that it's important to answer your e-mail, but if you have a business to run, and a life to live... Two guys can only do so much!
Not to mention the fact that It's not them neglecting to respond, but the fact that they don't always have room for all the incoming e-mails! They'll get you taken care of.. give them time.

It just all depends on what level Speedteaks wants to go.
Guys you got a great foundation started. Answering EVERY E-mail is just a sound business practice. Why not hire somebody that would do this. I know funds can be short so maybe hire a local Dak owner and trade parts for work!
