Got a few questions I need answered about dropping my 02 Club Cab 4.7L. I found the Eibach coil drop on the net and want to do that, its listed at 2" but I believe it actually drops about 2 3/8". I also plan on the adjustable hangers for the rear, Western Chassis 2/2.5/3" drop. Here goes, I plan on doing a minimal suspension modification for now and adding shocks and a larger rear bar later. Will the stock shocks be too long for this size drop or will I need to get shortened shocks, (Doetsch Tech)? Also, on the front coils, will I have to do a similar process to swap out the shocks as to swap out the coils? Basically my point is should I just do the front shocks while I have the front apart to save time and hassle later on? Will the Doetsch Tech rear shocks add any handling improvement or will they just alter the ride, ie make the rear rebound stiffer? If there will be no change in the handling, I may not do the rears. Hey Eric, let me know if you are using your stock rear shocks and what all you have done on the front.
What is a horseshoe?
Do they have any horse socks?
I can't remember the line from Billy Madison.
Grady in Texas, ride em and rope em.

If you lower the truck more than 2 inches front and or rear the shocks need to be replaced with a shorter length shock for the drop application. so if the front is dropped 2 inches, then NO. the rear if over 2 inches than Yes.
