I should have posted this before, but I never got around to it. Read my post under the "the best soft tonneau" post. The soft tonneau by Checker Pro, Checkmate, is a piece. Do not by anything from them. It scratches the bed rails up, just read the post.

I got their hard cover, flush mount and I am happy with it. Got it painted to match my truck and it made the truck look much better. I am not sure about the soft one, but I would recommande the hard cover.

Hey urhistory what did it cost to get that painted. i am looking at their flush mount also. Did you install it yourself? if so how hard was it? Thanks

Me and a friend had it installed in about 30 min. I had another friend paint it for $125. The install when pretty easy, I had also gotten the quick release hinges, just screw in the hinges and then screw in the brackets for the shocks. Then just set the top on and pop on the shocks. I had to cut the lip of the factory bed liner though, the part that goes over the tail gate.
