My front brakes seems to be wearing awful fast. There is a lot of brake dust coming off them & settling on the front wheels. There is serious shaking while braking between 37-42mph. The rotors seem to be scored in some places. The truck has 15.5k miles, and most of those are hwy. Is this normal wear or does it seem excessive? Are there some better aftermarket pads & rotors?

Hey, those rotors are your problem. The shaking is cause by the rotors being out-of-round, which can also help in wearing the pads down. Plus those scores really eat up a pad too. For new pads, I would get a premium pad, and not one of those economy brake pads, they wear faster. Good luck!
