Lately in my 99 2.5 manual the the rpms will dip down or almost stall when I am coming to a stop(usually when I am coming out of 2nd gear into neutral) I know that my speed sensor needs to be replaced could this have anything to do with it?(Ive recently changed my plugs, wires, cap, rotor,& air filter, and did an oil change so all this stuff can be ruled out)

The speed sensor has everything to do with it! I don't know the exact reason is behind it, but when mine went bad it did this same thing. Replace it and the problem is solved! 100% Positive
