I have been more than satisfied with Speedtweaks. I've received everything I have ordered on time and have paid less for the product. There's a lot of information on the web page specifically geared to the 3.9L Dakota and a large selection of products. I plan on continuing to order from them in the future.

Yup, the time these guys take to answer quesions, probably from people who will never even buy anything, is what makes them great to me. As far as ordering parts.. 3 orders so far with no problems. Accept freakin PayPal.

sometimes its about more than cheap prices man. and their customer service isn't as bad a couple people make it out to be. if there was a suggestion to be made i would say it was hire someone to handle the admin part of it. it doesn't take any skill with a vehicle to box parts and send emails. so anyone w/ organizational skills would werk.

You will see a few guys that are pissed at them (I was a little while back) but Bernd and speedtweaks have always resolved problems and made the customer happy in the end. Speedtweaks can't afford to piss anyone off, cause people on this forum scream bloody murder if they do. I would recommend them.

I've always found Bernd to be extremely generous with answers to everyone's questions. Speedtweaks would definitely be my first choice for ordering new parts.

I have not bought anything from SpeedTweaks, but based on the posts that have been on here lately, they have shown, to great satisfaction, their ability to resolve problems that may arise, directly or indirectly of SpeedTweaks. I would buy from them, no questions asked. They have shown good business practices.
It's unfortunate, but the guy who gets a good product, good service and a good price will quietly tell his friends about it.
The guy who has a little trouble and feels he has been cheated, will scream it from the rooftop and tell the world.

Well, when I went to see them last month, They were completely awesome. They are a great couple of guys. After I got back, I gave them a HUGE thank you on this site. after I go to them again soon, I will again post how wonderful they are. Conflicts of opinion do happen, mistakes do happen. It is the part of business.

LOL!!! I said "for new parts". I actually did buy a couple of little things while I was there. I had planned on getting lots of goodies, but unexpected vet bills put an end to that. I do agree with Kris though, great guys to deal with - heck, Tom even offered me the keys to his truck at the track later... and Bernd? Well, Bernd offered to show me his shorts!!! LOL!!!!!!!

I trust them with the trubo kit they are making and that's around 3500 dollars.
Any jackass can get customers, the trick is keeping them; Speedtweaks has obviously mastered those skills.
