sent back a Fastman throttle body over a Month ago and after numerous messages STILL no refund on my credit card! I have left messages to no avail. Very unprofessional "company"

I emailed Speedtweaks a few months ago, before they started their move. I asked them to tell me whatever performance products they had for the 02 4.7 liter and I would by them. I never got any response.
Last month I did email them and purchased the 180 thermostat with no problem.
To sum it up....I think it depends on which email link you use. If you email to sales you will get a response.

Speedtweaks has been a company for like a few weeks, I have ordered several items from them with no problems, they always answer my email promptly. Cut them just a little slack Speedtweaks is not "the man" its run by a guy just like us, a REAL Dakota enthusiast. He has more knowledge about our trucks then any of the big online companies and that alone is worth dealing with a few growing pains.
Sorry for the rant it just pisses me off to see all these negative posts about speedtweaks. I wish i could turn my intrest in trucks and performance into a business like Bernd has.

We're still filtering through some problems we had from the transition period (end of February - mid March). While we do make mistakes (we're human) we will try to take care of problems that resulted from the move.

I looked through some old notes and found the conversation we had Dan. Refund of $409 has been applied to your PayPal account (refunds are given via payment method).
I do apologize for the excessive delay on this. We honestly made a mistake (screwed-up) but it has been taken care of.
