Mine came in a DAY. But that's because I bought one off the lot.
Current mods: A MUFFLER. That's it. (For now.)

Mine took 7 weeks but that includes the two week shutdown for the christmas holiday. And they didnt do much with the order when it first went in because it was a week before the shutdown. So I'd say it should take around 4 weeks.

I ordered one mid december, got the truck at the end of january. That includes time the plant was shut down for christmas. Very impressive turn around and everything was right.
I wish GM was that smooth.

Ordered my 2001 December 5th of 2000 and it arrived February 2 of 2001. It was held up for 5-speed transmission non-availability and two weeks of Christmas vacation. I found the left motor mount was not bolted to the block. Had only two of four bolts partially screwed in, so figured that is where the Christmas break whistle went off! Dealer repaired it and wrote it up as "Bolts worked loose." But I figured they were never there or the other two screwed all the way in.

Don't get me started, they told me 6-8 weeks and I'm still waiting...going on 11 weeks. They assure me it will be here by week 12.

That's odd...if you 'ride' the people at the dealership hard enough, ESPECIALLY if you have put money down, then they should be able to approve giving you the $2000 rebate. It's usually up to the store manager, but if they know it makes a sale they'll do it. They were going to in my case, but I ended up finding one on the lot.

Ordered in December and came in 7 week later, with damaged hood and missing Tire & Handling Package. I refused to accept truck. Reordered truck and still waiting for it, 5 weeks now.
