Hey...It's me again and I still don't have my truck. My initial delivery date was suppose to be March 9(8weeks after I placed my order), then they said it would be here on March 20, now they are saying it won't be here until April 6(12 weeks after I placed my order). Anyway, they finally gave me a courtesy car after I told them to cancel my order and I would go to another dealer. So at least I'm not taking the bus anymore, but the gave me a Dodge Colt :(
Anyway, I have a question as well...does anyone know if I will get the "jumbo" side mirrors with a 2002 Dakota CC Sport Plus 4X4, or did I have to order them as an option?

sorry to hear that...and sorry to have to tell ya' that the mirrors are a $20 option called Power, Heated, Fold-away Mirrors. Now, if you ordered your SportPlus CC with the rear-window defroster, they're included. I went with the sliding rear window and payed for the mirrors.

gotta' love the mirrors - 4 inches of snow and ice yesterday and with a touch of the defrost button the mirrors are nice and clean. i like the size of them too - no blind spots. i don't know it, but i suspect you can get them installed at the dealer. i took a look at the mopar site for ya' but didn't find them.

The Mirrors are about $130 each at the dealer, I don't know how you would wire them up though.

You arn't from Canada are you? I ordered mine Feb 6th and I was told 6 - 8 weeks for delivery, I just hit the 6.5 week mark... I hope I don't have to wait another 3 weeks..

whaaaat I got mine in less then 4 weeks. Just give them their colt back and go to a different dealer. Plus you can make sure you get the mirrors, If you do go to another dealer, this time order it with the rear window defroster, it's like $287. With this truck I imagine scrapping the rear window would suck. I ordered it and I'm very happy with it.
Remember don't take sh!t from them, the ball is in your hand when I ordered mine they tried extending my delivery date on me so I told them if I don't get it by Dec 31 which was in 7 weeks from my order date they can keep it.

Kako...I am from Canada, but I think my order didn't get placed until I checked up on it at week 6. Also I was going to go to another dealer, but I would have to wait the 6-8 weeks with them anyway, so I figured sticking it out for 4 weeks was better. I heard that after the dealers get your money the service quality goes to hell, anybody else have problems with their dealers?

Yea i have problems with mine.... they lie alot..
I called them about my recent gas problem (now @ 5.5mpg) and they told me that until the check eng light comes on theres nothing they can do...
I have learned to really really Dislike my dealer.
