If anybody here would know this I bet it would be you. What is under the dash of a 2000 Dak? I want to move the front speakers ( or at least a pair of tweets) up there. How much room is under there. Also , do you think a Haynes or chiltons manual would show this?

I kinda doubt it but haven't had the dash off of a dak in a long time. Really depends on size. I would think that a A-piller mounting would be best as a tweater you want to be almost pointed directly at you. Sorry I couldn't be of much help. Not really into that.

Thanks for the reply!

Hey Ken I have the factory Infinity 8 speaker sound system and as CW said the tweaters are mounted in the A-piller, sounds pretty good for a factory system helps bring the voices out and the bass stays low. If you can't find one in your area to look at I'll snap you a photo if you want.
